The challenge:
The Cantonal Hospital Aarau wanted to digitize administrative business processes and thus handle processes faster and more efficiently. To do this, they were looking for a secure solution in which documents such as employment contracts would be treated confidentially.
The KSA preferred a local signature provider from Switzerland that offers security and quality. The eSignature platform should be easy to use and cover all signature types. Yes, our e-signatures are fully legally valid and meet all relevant standards, such as eIDAS, ZertES, UETA and ESIGN. You can choose between different signature types that best suit your use case.
