Bulk Signing: Sign and countersign multiple documents
Who hasn’t faced multiple documents or contracts in a single signature process at work – agreements between companies or employer and employee, including NDAs and additional agreements?
Digital signatures streamline workflows, which is why Certifaction offers bulk signing. With one click, you can send up to 200 documents to multiple signers at once.

How to get started
Add all documents
Add all the desired documents via Drag & Drop or you can click on + button and select documents from your computer. With very few clicks, you create the signature request.
Add signers
Add signers using their email addresses. Place the signatures manually on the document or on an additional page, then send the signature requests via email to the recipients. You can also include a personal message with your request.
Manage and monitor the signing process
Under “My Processes” or “Our Processes” if the document was sent from a teamspace, you can monitor the status of the signatures. Once they are complete, click “Download” to retrieve the documents. You will also receive an email notification when all signatures are complete.

Questions & Answers
Do I need to make any specific settings to use bulk signing?
No, you just need to select and add the documents to be signed – whether it’s the web app or API integration.
Can I add an unlimited number of documents?
Certifaction can process up to 200 documents per signing process. However, with such a high volume, you should expect corresponding processing times (it may take up to 6 minutes).
Is there a maximum number of signers I can invite?
If you want to invite many signers, API integration is the right choice. There is no limit on signers here. In the web app, you can manually place up to 50 signers on the document. If you automatically insert the signatures onto a new page, it works for up to 8 signatures.
How can I retrieve the signed documents?
You can download documents when they are signed by all invited signers. If you are the initiator of a signing process, you can check the status of the signatures under “My Processes”. If the process was sent from a teamspace, members of that teamspace can access the documents from the shared “Our Processes” section.
