Accessibility Statement
Declaration dated 24/05/2025 This declaration applies to the Certifaction website at certifaction.com, including all subdomains and all language and country versions (e.g. .io, .de, .ch, .com/en), insofar as these are operated by Certifaction AG, as well as to the Certifaction software, including customised white label platforms. This website is
partially accessible in accordance with § 3 of the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0). The declaration is based on a
self-assessment, supported by digital testing tools to assess accessibility. We are currently migrating the website to a new platform in order to fulfil the requirements of the
Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG).
1. Non-accessible content
The following content is currently not fully accessible:
- Heading structure: pages are organised with headings, however the hierarchy does not always correspond to the content logic. New pages are structured correctly.
- Reading order: The sequence of content in the source code is not consistently comprehensible. New pages are improved accordingly.
- Moving content: Not all moving content ends after 5 seconds or can be stopped manually. New content will be designed accordingly.
- Alternative texts for graphics: Some graphics do not have alternative texts. This will be fixed during the migration.
- Subtitles for videos: Some existing videos are without subtitles. New videos will be subtitled promptly.
- Alternatives for audio/silent videos: Not all audio content or silent videos have text alternatives.
- Recorded videos with audio track: Subtitles are sometimes missing from recorded videos with audio. New videos have subtitles.
- PDF files: Many older PDF downloads are not accessible. New files are made accessible wherever possible.
- Colour information: Colour-dependent content is not always identified by additional features. New graphics are added accordingly.
- Contrasts: Text contrasts do not always correspond to the minimum value of 4.5:1. This is taken into account for new pages.
- Text spacing : Customisable spacing can currently lead to text being cut off.
